![]() | ACM6731 IntroductionThe ACM6731 is a three-phase brushless DC (BLDC) motor driver chip. It integrates a sensorless three-phase BLDC motor drive algorithm, phase current sensing circuit, gate drive circuit and power MOSFETs internally, supporting a maximum phase current of 2.4A. Featuring high integration and minimal peripheral components, the ACM6731 is especially suitable for three-phase BLDC motor drive applications that require high power density, compact size and ultra-low noise performance. The ACM6731 supports 180° sinusoidal drive, which effectively eliminates electromagnetic acoustic interference caused by high-order harmonics. It also supports square-wave drive, ideal for applications requiring fast startup and high torque output. According to the motor parameters configured by users, the ACM6731 can realize reliable motor startup, acceleration, and constant speed or constant voltage operation. User parameters can be permanently stored via one-time programming. The ACM6731 provides multiple speed control modes, including external PWM duty cycle speed regulation, external analog voltage speed regulation, and external PWM frequency speed regulation. Built with multiple protection mechanisms, the ACM6731 can protect both the chip itself and the external motor from abnormal operating conditions. |
