Excellent thermal characteristics for stable operation over a wide temperature range

Crafted with a gallium arsenide (GaAs) core, it features an extremely low temperature drift coefficient for key parameters such as Hall voltage and input resistance across the entire operating temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃. It maintains stable output even under extreme high and low temperature working conditions, making it suitable for wide-temperature application scenarios including industrial equipment and automotive electronics.

High-precision linear output for accurate detection performance

The linearity deviation of the Hall voltage is only ±2%. It can achieve linear magnetic detection within the magnetic flux density range of 0.1~0.5T without obvious nonlinear distortion, providing reliable signal support for high-precision requirements such as position detection, speed measurement, and current detection.

Low offset voltage with minimal zero drift in detection

Under the operating condition of zero magnetic field (0 mT) and 5 mA input current, the offset voltage is merely ±5 mV. This effectively reduces signal error under zero magnetic field, improves the accuracy of weak magnetic field detection, and breaks through the limitations of conventional Hall elements in low magnetic field detection.
